Our client is a Dublin based Sub Contractor specialising in steel and timber doors, glazed curtain walling systems, windows, folding walls, hardware, automatics, access control and Service & Maintenance.
We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager in our facades, partitions and doors
division. You will be required to oversee a wide variety of projects from initial order through to final
completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
You would need to have experience of Contracts Management in all aspects of the sector including
co-ordinating drawings and schedules, liaising with Architects & Main Contractors, achieving
approval, surveying, ordering materials, liaising with production, fabrication, delivery, installation, on
site safety, attending site meetings and final sign off from the client.
You must also approve monthly valuations & invoices and filling out of all contracts documentation
such as Sub Contracts, Health & Safety documents, Method Statement, Risk Assessments etc.
You should be experienced at managing multiple sites, planning critical dates and organising
A minimum 3 years industry experience is required complete with a keen business acumen and
acute commercial awareness.
A minimum of a Level 6 qualification in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
Remumeration will match your experience and suitability for the role.
